No penalty for cancellations received up to 10 days before the booked date.
For cancellations received between 11 days and the the date of service, the penalty will be the deposit paid
For the safety of passengers, the service may undergo variations based on weather and sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, it will be possible to move the tour date or get a full refund of the amount paid.
